Welcome to Superpowr! By accessing or using the Superpowr mobile application ("App") and its associated services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Superpowr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Superpowr. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the App

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the App, including but not limited to: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or modify any part of the App. Using automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App.

5. Subscription & Payment

Superpowr offers a premium subscription plan which can be purchased monthly or yearly. Payments for subscriptions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google Play). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. An option to start a 3-day Free Trial is avaibly only with the yearly plan. Your subscription will automatically be billed following your 3-day Free Trial unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for unused trial periods. If you would like to request a refund or have any questions regarding subscriptions and payments, contact aarin@superpowr.io to see if your eligible.

6. Health Disclaimer
Superpowr provides general wellness guidance but is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new physical or mental wellness routine. We are not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or outcomes resulting from use of the App.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Fat Pegasus Limited (Fat Pegasus LTD) or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability
Superpowr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
